Energy infrastructure is difficult to explain. Virtual power plants, reserve markets and distributed energy systems involve multiple stakeholders, technical processes and invisible flows of information.

For Fortum, I created a visual illustration system that translated complex energy concepts into clear, accessible diagrams. The goal was to help both technical and non-technical audiences understand how the services work and how different actors interact within the energy ecosystem.

The illustrations were used across presentations, reports and communication materials.
