Turning ideas into visual stories.
I’ve never been very good at staying in one lane. Over the years I’ve worked on print, digital, websites, motion, video, campaigns and social content — sometimes planning things, sometimes making them and often somewhere in between.
I like being involved in both the thinking and the practical side of things. One day that might mean concepting, another day animating, editing, designing or writing a few lines that help pull everything together.
Titles have changed over the years. The fun part stayed the same.
What I Do
Over the years I’ve worked across different roles, formats and projects. Titles have changed, tools have changed, and the industry has changed more than once. The thing that has stayed the same is enjoying the process of taking ideas and turning them into something people can understand, connect with or remember.
01
Motion & Film
Creating movement, rhythm and stories through editing, animation and post-production. Sometimes it’s a campaign film, sometimes a social teaser, and sometimes something in between.
02
Art Direction & Design
Building visual concepts, identities and content that feel consistent and work across different channels and formats.
03
Information & Visual Storytelling
Turning complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals. Whether it’s strategy, technology or content, I enjoy finding ways to make things easier to understand.
04
Concepts & Content
Developing ideas and shaping them into content that works in the real world — from early concepts to finished campaigns and visual experiences.
Outside Work
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me involved in scouting, out in nature or working on side projects that somehow became bigger than originally planned. I enjoy hiking, campfires, photography, riding motorcycles and wandering through forests with dogs — mostly because they all have a way of slowing things down for a while.
Music has always been somewhere in the background too. It’s one of those things that quietly follows me through everyday life and probably shapes the way I think about rhythm, mood and storytelling more than I realise.
There’s something in all of those things that feels familiar to creative work: paying attention, noticing small details and sometimes taking the longer road simply because it feels like the right one.
Some of my best ideas have probably started somewhere between a forest trail, a camera in hand and coffee brewing over a fire.
